Action Line - Designed to allow you to ask and research questions as well as request City services.  It addresses topics ranging from stop signs to sidewalks and rental housing to traffic safety.  The Action Line will automatically route your concern to the department and staff that knows best how to address it providing you with the most efficient resolution possible.  If you don't see your area of concern listed, go to the Website section and request that it be added.  The topic will be researched and available the next time that you need it.

Property Information - Research parcel information, value, and school district.  For real estate professionals, additional information about the property can be obtained online for a small service fee.

Property Tax Information - See your property taxes, the millage rate, the breakdown of the payment, and the payment status.  You may also pay taxes online during allowed times.

Building Permit Information - Research past and current permits including purpose, description, and fees due.  You may also pay for permits online at any time.

Utility Payments - Research past and current water and wastewater utility payments including usage, payments, and amount due.  You may also pay utilities online at any time.  Utilities can also be paid automatically from your checking account with no fees and no late payments.  Simply enroll in our ACH program using the forms found at E-Services, Automatic Payments on our homepage.

Recreation Activities and Park Reservations - View upcoming activities and enroll for the session of your choice.  You may also check the park schedule, reserve a shelter, or schedule an event.  All events and reservations can be paid of online or paid on the same day at City Hall.

About Online fees - The City of Monroe has worked to keep online fees to a minimum however it has been necessary to balance convenience fees with new services so as to limit those fees to only those utilizing the enhanced services.
