Traffic Accident Report Requests

Available via post mail, or apply in person to the Monroe Police Records Bureau for a copy of an accident report you were involved in. 

State Form Accident Reports

State Form Accident Report Fee: $4.00
Private Property Accident Report Fee: $3.00

Criminal Complaints

In order to obtain copies of criminal complaints a Freedom of Information request must be completed.  Reports will not be released if there is a known suspect in the case in which charges are pending and the suspect has not been arraigned on the matter.  Criminal Complaint Fee: $6.00 for the first ten pages and $ .03 for each additional page.
